The sports performance program at Shea Training Systems in Hanover, MA, has produced more professional athletes, Olympic athletes, All-Americans, D1 athletes, college athletes, National champs, and State champions than ANY
other program on the South Shore over the last 20 years. Most of these athletes developed from middle schoolers/early high schoolers to the top of their sport.
With a training system made by former athletes who became exercise scientists, our knee injury rate is nearly 20 times lower than the national average.
