At Shea Training Systems in Hanover, MA, our Semi-Private training program combines expert coaching with the energy and support of a team. You’ll work closely with a coach who tailors each session to your fitness
level, goals, and experience.

Every session focuses on strength, mobility, conditioning, and technique. You’ll get the personal attention you need to move better, build strength, and stay motivated while training alongside others who are pushing for results too.

All of our adult clients train in this setting to make sure we get the results that we need: no training injuries, no setbacks, and no wasted time.

We also offer it for in-season athletes who have fluid crazy schedules, but do not want to miss out on the benefits of staying strong, fast, and durable. After all, some athletes are “In-season” for the vast majority of their high school career!
